I am Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I have been in the field for nearly six years and I have a passion for supporting couples, children, teens, and their families.
I enjoy working with individuals and families to navigate the challenges of life, whether they are personal, with family, or with peers. Areas of interest include couples and relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, transitions and adjustments, identity development, parenting skills, and family communication.
I have a down-to-earth nature, sense of humor, and personable demeanor. I have an eclectic approach, utilizing various theoretical approaches, behavioral neuroscience, and real-life experience. I cater my approach to each client’s individual therapeutic needs.
